    The food is too expensive in relation to the quality. The hotel is so far beautiful but impersonal.

    It's too far from the city centre and it's better to go to the City Mall and eat in a restaurant in the area. It is much cheaper and also much better.

    The spa treatments were very pleasant and professional.

    Me and the 12-year-old got a gastrointestinal infection that was especially bad for the child and she had to be treated by a doctor. We had eaten exclusively in the hotel. It was food poisoning, according to the doctors.

    Well-appointed rooms and marvellous breakfast, really enjoyed it. The location was excellent, near Mombasa after 22 years and the restaurants, housekeeping and grounds and the beach bar, and had delightful views. I tried some drinks at gastropub New Cheers, located 10 minutes walk away.
